2026/27 Registration & FAQs

2026/27 Registration (Google Form)

2026/27 fees will be $550.00 for players, and $450.00 for goalies. Payment in full due August 1st 2026. Payment will confirm your spot in the league.
Choices for payment will include: Cheque or Cash payable to "Uxbridge Adult Hockey" or "etransfer".
Cheque/Cash payment may be dropped off by arranging a time with our Treasurer, email uahsignup@gmail.com to receive details.
"Etransfer" will be accepted immediately with the submission of a completed registration form submitted to uahsignup@gmail.com
If you STARTED the previous season on a team and or placed on a team as of December 2022 (Men's division) or October 2022 (Women’s division), then you are a "returning" player. If not then you must register as a "new" player for 2022/2023.
Please register if you wish to spare. This registration will enable a liability signoff necessary to be able to spare or play in the UAH.
Cost to spare is $20.00 per game.

In Memoriam: John Pollard (JP)

We are saddened to share the news that longtime member and Vice President of Uxbridge Adult Hockey, John Pollard (JP), passed away unexpectedly on December 13, 2025.

JP was a valued and respected member of our league whose depth of commitment was evident in everything he did. He consistently gave his time, energy, and passion to support the league, its players, and the community as a whole. His dedication went far beyond obligation—he truly cared about the league and the people in it.

JP’s presence, strong work ethic, and willingness to contribute will not be forgotten. He leaves behind a lasting impact and a standard of commitment that will continue to inspire those involved in the league.

Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with JP’s family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing and working alongside him during this difficult time.
